To be fair though, I can totally understand that it might be frustrating to be here for chat on more 'serious' kinks only to arrive here to find the same personals, spam, and light "I smacked my boyfriend on the ass and he liked it" posts... However, I do think they could chill the hell out a little and take it easy. Best way to have a discussion on the shit you want to talk about is to START IT YOUR OWN DAMN SELF. Yep.

Heh, I disagree with you on that one. Not in regards to whether it was kinky or not... I thought it was a garbage thread, which it proved to be when even the people who were arguing that it was a great thread only posted "Hot!" and then spent an hour arguing with Too-Cute rather than posting in their 'great thread' To be fair, there are a LOT of garbage threads here that are not discussion threads. I think we have a lot of poorly formed threads that are bound NOT to cause any great discussion... however, easiest thing to do to remedy a poor thread lineup is to post something you want to discuss and start discussing it. The only way shit threads that die out fast get moved down the page is by new, awesome and busy discussions push them down the page. Frustrating though, is when a GREAT discussion gets pushed off the page by a shit personal ad or a post that only contains an image, spam etc. I can see why people get irritated though, because of the way these forums work, hot topics move down the page just like any other topic rather than jumping back up to the top whenever a reply is made.

It's a chat forum Most of the threads can be defined as garbage threads. It's small talk and fun. If every thread were a serious kinky topic thread then the forum would not be as active. People come here to get to know each other and make kink related small talk. Honestly, the nature of the forum doesn't allow much in depth conversation because of how quickly the threads disappear to the next page. I am sure there are other sites with forums that allow serious in depth conversation. This isn't one of them.

They usually stay around for at least a couple of hours. That's enough time to talk about something. It seems to work fine for me. Maybe your font is too big, or your screen is too small? I can see x to x+ threads, even long ones, on each page. Right now (granted, it's still early) the bottom one has been open for over x hours. Quite long enough to get a good say in on any topic.
