really? i think of way more women as androgynous than butch.

androgynous to me is like you can't tell if they're men or women. the line is blurred. so if you add "femme" (or "masculine" for that matter) then it cancels out the real meaning of androgynous. I get that they are trying to say they are on the femme side of androgynous, but then they're like "lightly femme" or maybe "soft butch" or something. I dunno. I think it's funny we have all these categories that mean nothing when you think about it. We all have our own ideas of what these words really mean.
