Against animal product testing I am looking for a new shampoo... I've always had very soft straight hair never ever oily... I've been using only dove products for years but lately the top of my hair is oily and it grosses me out... my dr had suggested changing shampoo's but I'm so anal that I haven't been able to get myself to switch to anything new... I wash my hair at night and by mid day I can see the oil... GROSS! Any suggestions?

Hi Blue! My vegan friend turned me on to Aveda I been using Shampure shampoo and conditioner since March and I LOVE them. Expensive but I've been using the same bottles for a little over months and just now need to buy more. (Thank you for using non-animal tested products!)

Sweet and they even have lavendar which is of my favorite scents... Will have to order some and give it a try... I have so many shampoo's etc that I've tried and donated to shelters... I could open up a store with full bottles of shampoo, conditoner and body washes that I've tried once and couldn't use again. This is actually fairly cheap compaired to some of the products I've bought thinking being more expensive it would be better... hard lesson leard. Thanks IWT

if you can get into an Aveda salon, they can help you select the product that's right for your hair.

i also recommend aveda it has worked wonders for the psoriasis on my scalp! :-)
